Siparex and Rhones Alpes invest EUR 1.2m in Aditec

The investment was structured as an OBO deal with ‘mild’ leverage.

Aditec specialises in the installation, fixing and maintenance of air conditioning heating, cooling systems as well as energy management. The company, based in Albens in the Savoie region, had a turnover of EUR 7m in 2009. Aditec aims to increase its turn0ver to EUR 10m in the near future.
