Ratos-backed Stofa completes refinancing

Nordic private equity firm Ratos has successfully completed the refinancing of its portfolio company Stofa, a Danish broadband, cable and telephony operator. The refinancing amounts to approximately SEK 515m. Ratos’s holding in the company currently stands at 99%.
