Bonomi believes the southern European market has many great family owned business with strong brands. However, he says they often struggle internationally, despite operating well in their home markets, and believes private equity is the key to helping these companies reach the next stage of development.
He also discusses debt issues in Spain and Italy, and says the southern European market has a bright future ahead of it in the next few years.
