Investec boosts debt advisory team with new hire

Investec Investment Banking and Securities has appointed Paul Bail as director in its debt advisory team.


Bail joins from Barclays Bank plc, where he was managing director of leveraged finance, financial sponsors group. Prior to this, he worked for Bank of America with a focus on financial structuring, leveraged finance and M&A advisory.

In his new role, Bail will have a particular focus on expanding the team's profile within the private equity community.
