Amadeus Capital Partners has led a $5.5m series B funding round for AMEE, a company that has built the largest engine for computing greehouse gas emissions.
Existing investors O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures and Union Square Ventures have also participated in the round.
London-based AMEE's engine is used by customers, such as vendors of carbon accounting or business intelligence software, governments, multi-nationals and SMEs needing to measure emissions.
The new funding will be used to expand AMEE's geographic reach and enhance its scientific platform.
