Former JC Flowers chief executive banned and fined £2.9m

The FSA has banned former chief executive of JC Flowers UK Ravi Shankar Sinha and fined him £2.9m after the discovery that he had illegally obtained £1.4m through a fraudulent invoicing scheme.
