UK - Moulton appointed non-exec chairman of finnCap

Private equity veteran Jon Moulton has been appointed non-executive chaiman of finnCap, the specialist growth company adviser and broker.

In his new role, Moulton will continue to develop finnCap's profile and building its network in the growth company space.

Moulton recently launched turnaround investment vehicle Better Capital after dramatically departing from Alchemy Partners, the firm he founded 12 years ago.

Set up in 2007, finnCap is a top ten AIM adviser and broker. It works with over 60 corporate clients and has raised over £90m for its clients since May 2009. The company is a Nominated Adviser on AIM and a Corporate Adviser on Plus Markets.
