Carlyle names HR head for Europe and MENA

Private equity firm The Carlyle Group has named Annie Paydar as head of Human Resources for the European and MENA regions.

Paydar has worked in Human Resources at Carlyle for more than five years, previously leading HR activities in the New York office. She will now be based in London.

Prior to joining Carlyle in 2004, Paydar was part of the Human Resources team with The Blackstone Group in New York City. She earned her Bachelors degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Utah.
