
Key Capital’s Templine acquires A&A Recruitment
Templine Employment Agency Ltd, a recruitment company backed by Key Capital Partners (KCP), has acquired UK-based A&A Recruitment Ltd.
This is Templine's second acquisition in the last 12 months, following the acquisition of two 247 Staff branches in September 2012. 247 Staff is a UK temporary recruitment specialist agency.
Following the A&A acquisition, Templine now operates 27 branches across the UK providing temporary labour. Templine supplies customers within the distribution, warehousing, industrial and driving sectors.
KCP supported the MBO of Timeline in 2007. Since then, the turnover of the company has doubled.
