
Maven leads £2.75m round for Flow
Maven Capital Partners has led a £2.75m round for Flow Communications, a UK-based IT security company.
Following completion of the deal, Flow will look to undertake an acquisitive growth strategy and increase the headcount within its sales team.
The business recently appointed Ash Hussain, formerly managing director at Axial Systems, as sales director.
The announcement comes around a year after Maven led a £4.6m investment in ISN Solutions, an IT and communications company specialising in the oil and gas industry.

Headquartered in Apsley and founded in 2008, Flow provides IT security infrastructure and support services. The business has strategic partnerships with companies including Cisco, IBM and HP.
