
Sniper Investments et al. back Ngdata
Sniper Investments, Plug and Play Ventures, ING and a number of US business angels have invested $2.5m in Belgium tech company Ngdata.
The investment will help the firm globalise and develop its data management product.
Company
Ngdata is based in Gent where it was founded in late 2009. The company has developed a data management tool called Lily, which gathers data from point-of-sale systems, enterprise applications and social media sites to give consumer insight. The product is currently used by financial services, media and retail companies. Ngdata employs around 20 people.
