
CoBe Capital buys Printing Systems Division from Staples
CoBe Capital has acquired the printing systems division of listed firm Staples.
The buyer will work with the company's existing management team to strengthen operational processes and financial fundamentals. The firm will also focus on European and global expansion and will be renamed in the near future.
Company
Headquartered in Amsterdam, the Staples' printing systems division has provided printing solutions to commercial and industrial printers for more than 150 years. The company operates through various brands across Europe via subsidiaries in Belgium, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
The firm provides a full suite of print services and software solutions including equipment, maintenance and workflow applications. Clients include Heidelberg, Kodak and Adobe.
The division employs nearly 500 staff and generates around €225m in revenues annually.
