
Enterprise takes stake in Nu-Med
Enterprise Investors has backed Polish radiotherapy centre operator Nu-Med, taking a minority stake.
The investor hopes to consolidate the business with its existing portfolio company, the Center for Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy, which it acquired last year.
Enterprise has ambitions to build a group of specialist hospitals across Poland and is in negotiations to open further centres in the future.

Nu-Med operates a radiotherapy centre in Elblag, Poland, and has been operating since January 2013. It has a contract with the Polish National Health Fund and offers medical treatment for oncology patients in northern Poland.
