
Enterprise Investors lists Skarbiec
Poland-based Enterprise Investors has partially exited asset management business Skarbiec through an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The transaction has generated proceeds of €10.2m, with Enterprise Investors listing a 20% stake of the company and retaining a 75% holding.
The deal marks Enterprise Investors' 30th IPO.

Enterprise Investors acquired the company in 2007 through its Polish Enterprise Fund V, in a deal worth €40m, according to unquote" data.
Company
Skarbiec is a Polish asset management business, looking after 45 funds and sub-funds, with assets under management of €3.6bn. The company counts 46,000 customers and offers a range of products including equity, bonds and dedicated funds giving access to both domestic and international markets.
