
Innova Capital backs Netsprint
CEE-focused private equity fund Innova Capital has backed Polish advertising and marketing technology company Netsprint Group, through a growth round.
Innova's investment combined a capital increase and an acquisition of a minority shareholding from existing investor Dirlango, the holding company of Netsprint's founder Lukasz Wejchert and Maciej Żak.
The fresh capital will help support Netsprint's growth within Poland and internationally.

Founded in 2005 as Adkontekst, Netsprint is a Poland-based provider of advertising and marketing technology.
Through the company's Adkontekst advertising network and ContentStream marketing platform, Netsprint claims to reach 97% of the Polish online population on a monthly basis.
The company employs a staff of 130.
