
Constellation acquires Ibis Acam
Switzerland-based private equity firm Constellation Capital AG has acquired a majority stake in Vienna-based education provider Ibis Acam Group.
The investment was made through Constellation III German Asset Light SICAV-FIS Private Equity Fund and will support the existing management with the organic and acquisitive growth of the company.
Constellation invests in education and lifestyle, business services, healthcare and financial services in German-speaking Europe.

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Vienna, Ibis Acam provides education and qualification services for adults, young people, school graduates and those with a migration background with the primary aim of re-integrating unemployed individuals back into the labour market. The company has over 100 employees and 500 trainers offering courses to more than 40,000 participants each year. Ibis Acam operates more than 85 subsidiaries in Austria and Germany.
