
Sentica's Kotipizza bolts on Pizzataxi
Sentica Partners-backed Kotipizza Group has acquired Finnish pizza chain Pizzapalvelu for approximately $6m.
Kotipizza will acquire the operations of Pizzapalvelu, which trades under the Pizzataxi brand in southern Finland.
Pizzataxi will be merged with Kotipizza, expanding the group's overall number of restaurants. The deal is meant to improve Kotipizza's business in the Helsinki region, CEO Tommi Tervanen said in a statement.

Pizzapalvelu was founded in 1990 and operates the Pizzataxi restaurant chain, with 22 establishments in the Helsinki and southern Finland region.
