
21-backed Almaviva acquired Juge
21 Centrale Partners-backed Almaviva Santé Group, a private healthcare provider, has acquired Juge Private Hospital based in Marseille in a build-up operation.
The transaction was supported with a senior and mezzanine debt provided by Société Générale and Neuflize OBC. Meanwhile, in a parallel deal, Weinberg Capital has purchased Juge Private Hospital’s real estate assets through its Capital Pierre Santé Retraite real estate investment fund
Almaviva Santé was founded in 2007 in partnership with Bruno Marie. The firm is specialised in providing the private hospital care in the south of France. Juge Private Hospital specialsies in providing orthopedic and ophthalmologic care.
