
Crédit Agricole PE becomes Omnes Capital
Coller Capital has finalised the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Private Equity (CAPE), which has been renamed Omnes Capital.
Coller is now the sole shareholder in Omnes Capital. In addition to the management company, Crédit Agricole also sold Coller a portfolio of assets in the funds managed by Omnes. Media reports valued the transaction at around €300m in December.
Based in Paris and with 65 members of staff, Omnes Capital is a generalist fund manager active in most of the private equity space, including small- and mid-cap LBOs, venture and mezzanine. It currently has €1.9bn worth of assets under management.
