Eurazeo in exclusive talks with Union InVivo
French investor Eurazeo has entered into exclusive discussions to acquire a minority stake in Paris-based animal feed and nutrition group InVivo NSA, as part of a capital increase.
The target is a subdivision of French agricultural cooperative group Union InVivo, which consists of 241 cooperatives focusing on agricultural animal feed, animal health and nutrition, grain storage and sales, and specialised distribution services.
InVivo NSA operates globally and employs 7,000 people. The group generated €1.5bn in revenues over the last fiscal year.
Eurazeo most recently made headlines when it listed French laundry services provider Elis, which achieved a €1.5bn market cap.
The GP's last acquisition was in November last year, when Eurazeo and Bridgepoint bought the remaining shares in French residential property management business Foncia Groupe for €185m.
