Aster Capital hires Suzenet as venture adviser
Gaëtane Suzenet will join Aster Capital's 10-strong investment team as a venture adviser.
In her new role, Suzenet will raise a fund dedicated to water technology and services. With this appointment, Aster intends to expand its specific expertise in the complementary water technology sector and bolster its geographic coverage in Europe and the US.
More recently, Suzenet worked as managing director at Dream, a water- and environment-focused advisory organisation in the French region of Val de Loire. Prior to that, Suzenet was director of European Affairs at Water UK, negotiating European legislation in relation to water waste, biodiversity, agriculture, climate change and marine environment on behalf of the UK public and private water industry.
Suzenet is also an independent reviewer for Ireland's environmental protection agency (EPA) and a member of the European experts' panel for the European collaborative research initiative on water (Water JPI).
