
AXA PE’s Arkadin acquires Novasight
Arkadin, a global collaboration services provider backed by AXA Private Equity, has acquired Novasight.
Arkadin is expected to achieve a turnover of €185m in 2012, and aims to double the turnover of its video business in 2013.
AXA Private Equity bought a 45% stake in Arkadin in July 2012. The GP has been the main shareholder in Arkadin since August 2012.
