
Eurazeo portfolio company sells Molinel
Eurazeo has sold its portfolio company Molinel, a specialist in workwear clothing, to workwear retailer Alisco.
Molinel is part of the larger Elis Group, owned by Eurazeo, which is a major provider of rental and maintenance of workwear, textiles and sanitary equipment.
Molinel is based in northern France and has had a presence in the workwear market there for the past 10 years.
The business was sold via a competitive auction process. It was sold to allow Elis to focus on its core operations.

Molinel is based in France and has a turnover of €30m. It provides workwear through 2,000 locations, mostly in France, but it also has a presence in Belgium and Spain.
