Ratos acquires Stofa from TeliaSonera
Ratos has acquired a 100% stake in Stofa from TeliaSonera for an enterprise value of DKK 1.09bn.
Ratos has contributed DKK 528m of its own capital for the Danish broadband, cable-TV and telephone operator. The company had a turnover of DKK 1.024bn and EBITA of DKK 92m in 2009.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in Q3 2010.
