
Axcel lists Pandora at DKK 210 per share
Axcel portfolio company Pandora today listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen at a share price of DKK 210.
The IPO, which consists of approximately 44.5 million existing and 2.9 million new shares, gives the company a market cap of DKK 27.33bn. The offer also includes an over-allotment option of 6.7 million shares, exercisable in whole or in part up to 4 November.
Axcel acquired a 59.3% stake in the company in 2008. The investor will retain a stake in the company, which generated revenues of DKK 3.5bn and an EBITDA of DKK 1.6bn in 2009.
