
Priveq backs MBO of Office Management
Priveq Partners has taken a majority stake in Swedish office supplier Office Management.
Equity was invested from Priveq Investment Fund IV, which closed on SEK 1.8bn in 2011. Founder Johan Tilander will retain the largest minority stake, owning around 35% of the business together with previous investors.
Priveq stated it intends to strengthen the company's growth strategy and aims to double sales within five years.

Office Management supplies office equipment, communication, and IT solutions. Based in Stockholm and founded in 1993, the company generates a SEK 53m EBITDA from SEK 600m net sales.
