
Ratos in partial exit from Bisnode
Swedish business information firm Bisnode, a portfolio company of Ratos, has divested Baby DM Scandinavia.
The divestment is in line with Bisnode's strategy to streamline its business and focus on growth within its core offering.
Ratos owns 70% of Bisnode, with Swedish family-owned Bonnier Group owning the remaining 30%. Ratos acquired its 70% stake in Bisnode in 2005 when Ratos portfolio company Infodata merged with Bonnier Business Information.
Bisnode completed a refinancing in February 2008, providing Ratos with a cash repayment of approximately SEK 605m.

Baby DM Scandinavia offers marketing solutions targeted towards young families and future parents, and has notably developed the Baby Bag and Babybox concepts. Founded in Stockholm in 1999, Baby DM Scandinavia has four employees and posted an annual revenue of SEK 13.7m in 2011.

Lars Pettersson and Fredrik Åkerman are CEO and CFO of Bisnode respectively. Per Fredrik Trulsson is the CEO of Baby DM Scandinavia.
