
Segulah's S:t Eriks in bolt-on
Segulah portfolio company S:t Eriks AB has wholly acquired stone supplier Stenia i Ulricehamn AB (Stenia).
Segulah first invested in diversified industrials company S:t Eriks in March 2009. Segulah's portfolio company Nordform, a supplier of pre-fabricated concrete products for infrastructure, merged with S:t Eriks, previously a subsidiary of construction company Peab. The transaction turned Segulah into the majority owner of the new entity.
Company
Founded in 2007 and based in Ulricehamn, Stenia is a supplier of granite and natural stone. The company imports natural stone from Portugal and China and extracts and refines Swedish granite. Its turnover amounts to approximately SEK 70m.
S:t Eriks is a manufacturer of prefabricated concrete products for paving, roofing and water and sewage systems. It caters to professional customers, state authorities and building material merchants.
S:t Eriks's annual revenues following the acquisition will amount to SEK 900m with approximately 400 employees.
