The company's current owners will retain a significant stake in the company and continue as part of management, led by Finn Mathiassen. Former Microsoft CEO Jørgen Bardenfleth has been appointed chairman of the board as part of the deal.

The Danish private equity firm held a first close on DKK 500m in December 2012 for its maiden buyout fund, which is focused on backing local SMEs.
