
Segulah acquires Mitt i from Stampen Media Group
Segulah has acquired Mitt i, a Stockholm-based newspaper group, from Stampen Media Group.
Capital for the transaction was drawn from the Segulah IV fund, which recently made its ninth investment by acquiring Danish metal components provider KP Components in January.
Following the acquisition, Joachim Berner, who has both editorial and managerial media experience, will be appointed chairman of Mitt i. Dan Lannerö will also join the company's board.
The GP stated it was attracted to the deal by Mitt i's well-established brand and growth potential.

Mitt i is a Stockholm-based newspaper group with a combined readership of roughly 900,000. In 2013 the company generated a turnover of SEK 300m and EBITDA of SEK 70m.
