Montezemolo & Partners acquires 60% of Octo Telematics
Montezemolo & Partners PEH has acquired 60% of Octo Telematics from Meta System Group.
Rome-based Octo Telematics is specialised in the provision of telematics services and systems for the insurance and automotive market with a particular focus on sustainable mobility sector.
Founded in 2002, Octo Telematics has over 800,000 subscribers to its own services, with subsidiaries in all major European countries.
