
PE investors in race for Bain's TeamSystem SpA
Bain Capital's sale of Italian software company, TeamSystem SpA has attracted a number of private equity investors, according to media reports.
Advent International and Bridgepoint are reportedly looking at buying the business, with Providence Equity Partners, Apax Partners and CVC Capital Partners understood to have also joined the race.
Bain is understood to a have placed a €600m price on the sale and has mandated UBS AG to run the auction process. The investor bought TeamSystem in a €274m secondary buyout from Partners in 2004.
