
Quadrivio acquires Vision Capital's Pantex
Quadrivio has acquired Vision Capital’s Pantex International, an Italy-based producer of personal hygiene products.
Under the Vision Capital's stewardship, the business undertook an export-led growth strategy and expanded its operations into the US.
Quadrivio drew capital for the deal from its second vehicle, marking the fund's ninth transaction to date.
Vision Capital's exit follows its sale of UK-based Fletchers Group of Bakeries to Finsbury Food Group for £56m in October 2014.
Previous funding
Vision Capital acquired a majority stake in Pantex from BNP Paribas and Efibanca in 2011, with capital drawn from its seventh fund.
