Blackstone-backed ICS acquires Pulse

Blackstone Group portfolio company Independent Clinical Services (ICS) has acquired Pulse Staffing Ltd from HgCapital.

The value of the deal has not been disclosed; however the transaction represents a 2x return for HgCapital.

Blackstone acquired ICS in June 2010 from Inflexion Private Equity.
