LDC acquires Kee Safety
Mid-market private equity house LDC has backed the management buyout of global safety solutions provider Kee Safety.
The investment was made by LDC's Midlands team that will look to support the company to roll-out new products and further expand internationally.
Headquartered in Meriden, near Birmingham, Key Safety is a global supplier of tubular fittings and fall protection systems. Its products create handrail, guardrail and roof edge protection. The company's customer base ranges from multi-national corporations and major contractors through to local builders.
