Altius reshuffles management team

Altius Associates has reshuffled its executive management team, promoting three executive directors to the role of co-CEO.
John Hess, Altius's co-founder and CEO since 1998, was appointed executive chairman of the firm.
Three existing executive directors will together hold the role of CEO with immediate effect. Jenny Fenton, current chief operating officer, Brad Young, head of investments, and Eric Warner, head of relations, will each carry the title of co-CEO. They will retain responsibility for their existing areas of expertise.
The trio will undertake the day-to-day operational management of the firm, leaving Hess to focus solely on client development and firm strategy. Particular attention will be given to the development of the firm's geographical footprint.
Altius currently advises and manages around $24bn in private equity, co-investment and real estate funds.
