
Easton launches Plural Strategy

Jim Easton, former CEO of AMR International, has launched Plural Strategy Group, a new private equity consulting group with a focus on the media, events and software sectors.
Easton will lead the business, alongside two founding partners Jonny Baynes and Phil Stone. All three have worked on private equity deals within the media, exhibitions and technology industries including Ambassador Theatre Group, Clarion Events, Wood Mackenzie and Travel Republic.
The newly launched group will be based in London and will offer private equity clients growth strategy, commercial due diligence, data strategy, pricing and analytics services.
