Isis Equity Partners becomes Living Bridge
Following the announcement of its intention to rebrand, Isis Equity Partners has changed its name to Living Bridge.
The business announced its plan to rebrand in September, following developments in Iraq and Syria. It sought to distance itself from any association with terrorist organisation Isis (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), which is now known as IS (Islamic State).
Living Bridge began investing in 1995 and currently has funds under management worth £1.3bn. The firm focuses on UK-based businesses valued at £5-100m, with capital commitments ranging from £2-40m.
Last month, the company hired Jennifer Stratton, Maria Evgeniou, Simon Peet and Oliver Mauldridge for its London and Manchester offices.
Stratton, Evgeniou and Peet joined Living Bridge's London team – the two former as investment managers, the latter as an associate.
