Endless names four new partners
Turnaround player Endless has advanced Chris Clegg, James Woolley, Matthew Deering and Aidan Robson to partners.
The recently promoted quartet will join existing partners Garry Wilson and Darren Forshaw as of 1 May 2015.
As managing director for Endless' Leeds office, Clegg will oversee the GP's activity across Yorkshire and the north-east. Last April, he led the £60 MBO of marketing and secure communications company Adare Group.
Woolley, who is also based in Leeds, joined Endless in 2007 and has since managed the buyout firm's investments as portfolio director.
Meanwhile, Deering has a 15-year track record in corporate restructuring and corporate finance and has worked with the firm since its inception. As head of the Manchester office, he recently led the acquisition of a minority stake in incident management services provider FMG Support Limited.
Another of Endless's founding members, Robson will continue to work at the GP's London office. He has notably been involved with food supplier Karro Foods since it was acquired by the firm in 2013.
The wave of promotions comes five months after Endless raised £525m at final close for its Fund IV. Significantly larger than its £220m predecessor, the vehicle targets buyouts – including acquisitions of non-core assets and turnarounds – for companies with revenues in the £10-500m range.
