
17Capital appoints James

17Capital has appointed Owen James from Aberdeen SVG as a senior investment professional.
James spent eight years with SVG Capital (now part of Aberdeen Asset Management) as a principal. Prior to that he spent two years in the leveraged finance team at Bank of Scotland. James was previously in the corporate tax and corporate finance & recovery team at PwC.
This latest appointment follows three other recent hires at 17Capital, after Beate Pelz, Vjerana Spajic and Nicolo Colombo joined the 17Capital in June.
The firm closed its third fund on its €500m hard-cap at the start of this year.
