Inflexion appoints three investment executives
Inflexion Private Equity has appointed George Collier, John Cordrey and Edward Lynch as investment executives.
The new recruits will each undertake spells supporting transaction execution on the buyout and partnership capital teams.
Collier leaves his role as an executive in Deloitte's M&A and debt advisory team, where he worked with private-equity-backed companies including JLA Group and JTC Group.
Cordrey joins Inflexion from the corporate finance team at PwC, where he spent four years. During his time at PwC he worked across a variety of disciplines including M&A, large-scale valuations, financial and operational due diligence, secondary-market valuations and project financing.
Lynch leaves his position as principal at Catalyst Corporate Finance, having joined the advisory firm as an executive in 2012. Prior to joining Catalyst he spent four years at PwC.
The new appointments come shortly after Inflexion promoted six investment directors to partner and appointed Skillcapital's Andrew Priest as a director in its origination team.
