Endless promotes Santinon to partner
Turnaround specialist Endless has promoted Francesco Santinon to partner, based in the firm's London office.
Santinon joined Endless in 2012 and was previously a director in the firm's London office. Endless partner and co-founder Garry Wilson stated that the aim was to eventually bring Santinon into the partnership – he has now joined fellow partners Wilson, Mathew Derring, Darren Forshaw, Aidan Robson and James Wooley.
Santinon recently worked on the sale of Gradus to Gerflor, in which Endless reaped a 65% IRR. The exit added to an impressive tally for the turnaround firm in 2015, having opened the year with the final close of its latest fund on £525m.
Endless went on to make 14 new investments this year and divest two businesses to trade buyers, including Gradus. The firm also recently hired Richard Harrison as an associate director in its Manchester office.
