
NBGI-backed Ochre House adds two bolt-ons
NBGI Private Equity portfolio company Ochre House has acquired Dubai-based strategic resourcing firms TAAHEED and Carmichael Fisher.
NBGI bought Ochre House for £11.2m in 2006. It subsequently divested two subsidiaries at separate occasions. ITN Mark Education was sold in May 2011, fetching £13m, and Parkside Recruitment was sold to Antal International in July 2011.

TAHEED, founded in 2009, provides recruitment outsourcing services in the Middle East and Northern Africa region, focussing on positions below senior management. Its sister company Carmichael Fisher provides similar services for senior management positions. It previously belonged to the global Carmichael Fisher group. Both companies are based in Dubai.
