
Hamilton Bradshaw backs Knights Solicitors
Commercial law firm Knights Solicitors has received a capital injection from Hamilton Bradshaw, the private equity firm owned by James Caan.
The deal marks the first ever private investment in a commercial law firm, according to the GP.
The capital investment will underpin the growth of the firm and drive a more competitive pricing strategy in London.

Founded in 1759 and headquartered in Newcastle, Knights Solicitors is a commercial law firm. The company has 23 partners and 150 members of staff across offices in Staffordshire, Cheshire and Gloucestershire.
People
James Caan, CEO and founder of Hamilton Bradshaw, will join the board of Knights Solicitors once the deal has been approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
