
Phoenix's Andrew Page buys Camberley Auto Factors
Phoenix Equity Partners portfolio company Andrew Page has acquired automotive parts wholesaler Camberley Auto Factors.
Phoenix made a capital injection to fund the acquisition and accelerate the growth of Andrew Page.
Previous funding
Phoenix took a majority stake in the £100m buyout of Andrew Page in March 2010. Debt was provided by HSBC, Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Camberley Auto Factors, founded in 1964, distributes automotive parts through 31 trading locations in the south of England. Headquartered in Farnborough, UK, it employs around 600 employees and generated a £43m turnover in 2010.

Partner John Rastrick worked on the deal for Phoenix. Mark Roberts is CEO of Andrew Page. Duncan Wilkes, former CEO of Nationwide Autocentres, has been brought in as chairman of Andrew Page.
