
Balderton Capital backs Rentify
Balderton Capital has invested in a £2m series-A round for UK-based online letting service Rentify.
The company will use the funding to grow Rentify's central London team and accelerate the development of new products and services for both landlords and tenants.
Company
Rentify is an online letting service for landlords, which combines marketing, viewings management, contracts and full referencing on tenants. The company also launched a full-management service in October 2012.
Rentify was established by a group of landlords and software developers in 2011, and went live in 2012. Since inception, the software-as-a-service platform has served 60,000 users with properties worth in excess of £100m overall.
