
HgCapital acquires Nair & Co
HgCapital has acquired Nair & Co, a provider of international tax, compliance and accounting services for companies looking to expand into international markets.
The fresh capital will allow Nair & Co to expand its pool of services offered to clients.
The GP has been researching the market sector for the past four years and monitoring Nair & Co's growth over the past two years prior to making the transaction. The acquisition marks the fourth investment made by HgCapital's services team in the last three years. HgCapital trust plc contributed £20m of equity alongside other third party funds.

Nair & Co is headquartered in Bristol, with additional offices in India, Singapore, China, Japan and the US. The company was founded in 1994 and currently employs 450 staff.
Nair & Co provides solutions for companies looking to expand internationally. It offers technical and administrative support, such as setting up international entities and providing legal, accounting, payroll, tax and human resources services designed to simplify a company's transition into an international market.
