Towerbrook takes off with LDC’s AIM Aviation
Towerbrook Capital Partners has acquired aircraft cabin interior designer and manufacturer AIM Aviation from LDC.
The deal could be worth up to £160m, according to Bloomberg. LDC was understood to have appointed Lazard in September 2012 to run an auction process for AIM.
