
Isis invests in Enterprise Finance
Isis Equity Partners has made a minority investment in specialist loan distributor Enterprise Finance, in a deal that values the business at £28m.
The investment was made via Isis V, a £360m fund. The capital will be used to support the business's growth through the expansion of its product range.
Company
Enterprise is a specialist distributor of loans, from bridging finance to commercial mortgages. The company is based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
Enterprise has sourced and managed around £1bn of secured loans, bridging finance and commercial mortgages since inception in 2002.
People
Danny Waters is the CEO of Enterprise and David Campbell is executive chairman of the business.
Shani Zindel and Mark Turner of Isis will join the company's board.
