
Riverside invests in Brookson
Riverside has invested in Brookson Group, a UK contractor accountant based in Warrington.
The investment will be used to boost the company's sales and marketing efforts, add new features and services, and expand the company geographically. Both organic and acquisitive growth strategies will be followed.
Company
Brookson provides tax management, invoicing, cash management and financial back office services to self-employed contractors and micro businesses.
Through its cloud-based software-as-a-service platform, Brookson Connect, micro SMEs and self-employed contractors are able to track their financial and management information on a real-time basis. The platform also provides accounting services including bookkeeping, accountancy, tax advice, insurance and other legal support services.
Brookson was established in 1995 and is based in Warrington.
